SHIPPING

Shipping charges are based on gross weights, volume and shipping destination. Once your order is produced, we can offer you our logistics services to transport the order. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a courier tracking number or shipping details, depends of which transport mode has been used. You can also arrange you own shipping from our EU production plant to your destination. All our orders are Ex Works.

IMPORT FEES (for NON-EU countries)

Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. The customer is responsible to make sure the product must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

RETURN POLICY 

Please make sure to order your products with care as all private label orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. We recommend all customers to order samples prior to purchasing white or private label orders.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order immediately when delivered and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. Please make sure to also call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes. We will request the below information from you to help expedite this process:
